We are pleased to announce that two research members of CARE4NEt were ranked among the Top 2% of Scientists worldwide (2025) in the Stanford University and Elsevier global database.
Mr. Abdulqadir Nashwan is the Assistant Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery Research at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) in Doha, Qatar. He holds a master’s degree in nursing from the Hashemite University in Jordan and is pursuing a PhD at the College of Health Sciences, Qatar University. With over 700 peer-reviewed publications, Mr. Nashwan is recognized as a leading figure in nursing and midwifery research, ranking as the top contributor in this field at both HMC and across Qatar. Mr. Nashwan joined CARE4NEt on January 9, 2025.
Dr. Jay Jung Jae Lee is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at Hong Kong University. After five years of clinical nursing practice in stroke care, Dr. Lee obtained his MSc and PhD from the University of Edinburgh (United Kingdom). Dr. Lee has conducted Health intervention studies in the areas of stroke (e.g., psychological interventions and hypertension management) using mixed-methods study designs. Moreover, he also promotes the rigorous use of qualitative health research as the Chair of the Asia Pacific Qualitative Health Research Network (AQUHN). Dr. Lee joined CARE4NEt on March 30, 2024.
