This formal partnership seeks to advance scientific research, promote best practices in nursing, and enhance healthcare systems.

Founded by Dr. Kate Tulenko, MD, MPH, MPhil, FAAP, a globally recognized expert in health workforce and health systems strengthening, Corvus Health works toward the goal of giving all people access to qualified, supported health workers. Corvus Health works globally and conducts research, analysis and implementation across all elements of health labor markets. Corvus Health’s work includes addressing the global health worker shortage and maldistribution, redesigning healthcare workflows and teams, strengthening and expanding health professional training programs, regulation, recruitment, improving retention, preventing burnout, improving financing for health workers, and negotiating management migration bilateral agreements.
