Founder & Director
The Director is responsible for defining the vision, mission, objectives, and strategic themes of CARE4NEt and overseeing the overall coordination of activities, including supervising research and educational activities, appointing new research members, fostering strategic partnerships, supporting fundraising efforts, and promoting visibility and impact at national and international levels. Any decision or communication related to CARE4NEt must receive prior approval from its director to maintain consistency and integrity in alignment with the organization’s mandate.
The Vice President for Administration is responsible for supporting the Director in the operation of CARE4NEt and the application of administrative processes, as well as maintaining organizational records and assisting in planning meetings.
Vice President of Finance & Operations
The Vice President for Finance and Operations is responsible for managing CARE4NEt’s financial resources, developing and maintaining budgets for research or educational projects, identifying funding opportunities, and ensuring transparent and compliant financial practices.
Vice President of Policy, Advocacy, and International Affairs
The Vice President of Policy, Advocacy, and International Affairs is responsible for analyzing emerging issues, developing policy statement positions, advancing advocacy initiatives, and regulatory affairs while seeking partnerships, coordinating, and ensuring effective and consistent communication with global partners to expand CARE4NEt’s presence, long-term sustainability, and advance its mission through national and international collaboration.
Vice President of Membership Management and Community Engagement
The Vice President of Membership Management and Community Engagement is responsible for managing and promoting e-MemberSpace to grow and retain membership while fostering meaningful connections within the organization’s community. This role involves overseeing and enhancing member services, building partnerships that align with CARE4NEt’s mission, expanding global participation, fostering equity in knowledge exchange, and cultivating a sense of belonging among members, particularly in nations where nursing is underrepresented.
