CARE4NEt would like to welcome Mr. Thibault Dubois as a research member to be part of the following strategic themes:

Mr. Dubois is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of Luxembourg. He has nine (9) years of clinical experience as a critical care and emergency nurse and two (2) years as a head nurse in a critical care unit. He earned a master’s degree in public health in 2019 with an orientation in hospital management and development from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). His doctoral research aims to explore the decision-making process of nurses regarding the choice to remain or leave the profession.
